MANAGING AN AGENCY IN BENIDORM

Running an escort agency in Benidorm is not as easy as people who have never been n the industry would expect. Spain does not present you with the problem of legal hassle in the same way as some countries such as Ireland or the Scandinavian countries, but you do have day-to-day business issues. Marketing and sales; managing the talent; managing the operational aspects of the business.

Marketing and sales in the escort agency business basically consists of two elements; optimising Google ranking and Search Engine Ranking Position (SERP) and using AdWords, and sales via telephone and WhatsApp. Promoting the most hot and sexy escorts of 2nd-Circle Benidorm has to offer is absolutely nor enough. If nobody sees your website, having fantastic talent is pointless. Your product is only as successful as your ability to put them in front of the right clients, in the right number, at the right time. And when you get the eyeballs and generate interest, you then have to be able to convert them into business by talking to potential clients over the phone and chatting via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Signal. So you need to combine effective search engine optimisation with the work of skilled and effective telephone receptionists.

Managing the talent is often the most challenging and problematic part of the job. It is certainly the most filled with drama and crises-driven activity. Of course, as with any business or industry, preventing crisis and drama is the sign of a well run organisation. A crisis that happens once is just happen-stance. The same crisis happening repeatedly is poor management. Escorts are no different to anyone else, they have their problems and their concerns. They have their fears and desires. And, like anyone else they have their emotional issues and varying degrees of ego, fear and paranoia. Managing all those elements effectively is the mark of a good escort agency.

The operational aspects of running an escort agency in Benidorm are really no different to managing any other business or organisation. You have to track your clients, orders and deliveries. You have to track the finances. Debts have to be paid promptly and In full. You have to make sure that you have a firm grip on your debtors and make sure that you get paid as quickly as possible and and keep your bad debts to the minimum. Of course, you are dealing with cash most of the time which is not a problem in itself. And if you are a business that acts legally and pays its taxes, the easiest thing is to get that cash paid into the banks. However, you cannot be certain that the talent is working within the tax regimen and as such they sometimes et a bit leery about paying cash into banks when an ID may be needed to make a deposit. So sometimes a little flexibility is required to make sure everything works properly.
